Advice/critiques on my food intake.

Just started to track my food intake on MFP while doing the Body For Life 12 week program. Today was day 1 and I'm feeling good thus far. The program is a 6 on/1 off schedule (3 weight lifting, 3 cardio sessions). I'm eating ever 3 hours with a total of 6x. How does it look thus far? My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle (isn't everyone?). Thanks
