Most protein shakes aren't meant to replace meals, but there are a handful out there that aren't bad.

I'm not a big breakfast person, so I drink BSN's Lean Dessert in the morning instead. Tasty, not chalky at all, has sucralose. Depending on where you get it, price ranges from $0.60-$1.00 per serving. This is very basic, but milk (or your preferred milk-subsititute), a handful of spinach and a small amount of fruit will probably make up for any major lacking.

Optimum Nutrition has a blend that IS meant for meal replacement, called Pro-Complex. Quite good, very filling, decent when it comes to calories. This does have a chalky taste to me, but the macros and vit/minerals aren't bad especially for a single meal replacement.

Body fortress at Walmart 15$ is just as good as 100% whey gold standard and even taste supa dupa good. 140 calories with water 2g fat.... 1g saturated fat... 2g sugar.... 26g of protein you just can't beat that mix two scoops for a "light" meal replacement or heavy snack your choice... Depending on your macros

I always check out this website before buying any protein products - www.pro-proteinshake.com - My personal favourite is the Labrada Lean Body Hi-Protein shake because of the high protein:carb ratio.

I use to bump protein macro. Like six star whey isolate from Amazon. $19. I mix with skim milk. Chocolate is good, vanilla is too sweet.
