    :bigsmile: New week and a new plan for me! Working extra hard with my sister, for 2 weeks! No BS this week, cuz my sister is on my azz! Which is something I need, sad to say. I think my challenge this week, will be to drink atleast my 8 cups of water every single day and NO POP. I seem to see more results when I start drinking the water and lay off the pop. It's starting to get really hot, and I need the water in my body anyways. I need to see some results, its starting to piss me right off. lol There is no excuses for me, I should be losing atleast 8-10 a month. I have been stuck at 20 lbs lost for like 2 months now, and it's just aggravating me. UGHHHH. GOOD luck girls. :heart:

    I am dreading this week. I am attending a huge rehab conference at the Arlington here in Hot Springs, lots of banquets, lots of free open bar time... Anybody have any great drink ideas that are low in calories and sugar??

    Thanks Ruth! I am going to have to try those ideas. I have also heard from others that sugar free red bull and vodka may be another great choice. Hey, as a single mom I don't get to drink often so I am just going to enjoy a few days break and work hard to keep the calories in check while having fun!

    my challenge this week: get up early at least ONE day this week and do either Kettlenetics or 30 days shred and make an egg white omlet! I am soooo not a morning person. Every time I say I've going to get up early, I NEVER do.

    It's already Tuesday evening and I still haven't created my own challenge. Quite honestly, I don't really want one this week. It's nice just to be home for a little while enjoying my own bed, playing with my dog, and spending time with my boyfriend.

    So I suppose my challenge is to appreciate my time at home since I don't get much of it.
