Hi
Can i use a meal replacement shake as a protein shake straight after workout.
for 50g it has 16.7g of protein which is whey protein isolates.
I'm thinking of start using it tomorrow and might even have 1 as a replacement as dinner as well to save calories.
What do people think

Do it. Sometimes as a snack if my bulk is a lot, and. Can't reach my calorie goal. It's a good ideal. Hey add a banana oat meal or peanut butter and its amazing. Lol

How many calories? Would you normally have a meal's worth of calories after a workout? Why not just use a protein shake that has more protein, if you really need something? But, as long as it fits your calories for the day, I don't see why you can't do it, although, personally if I'm going to use calories on a shake, I'd like it to have more than 16 grams of protein.
