I shattered it!! After a 3 week plateau, I got on the scale this morning and saw that I am down 4 LBS!!!.
That puts me just 1 lb away from my first mini goal of 199!! Today was the day that I had set for myself to reach that goal, but I am just super exceited that I busted that plateau so I can't even be disappointed!! Plus I'm only 1 lb away from being a ONEderlander! Fingers crossed I will hit that goal next week!

Great job! At that point it's so easy to give up, but you didn't.0

I started more consistantly eating my excerise calories. Before sometimes I would, sometimes I wouldn't. This week I did everyday. I didn't eat all of them though, say on the days I burned 500 calories I would eat 300-400 of them, I always left some allowance.0

Awesome! Breaking a plateau is more mentally challenging than physical because you're working so hard and not seeing the results that you want. Now you'll have no problem staying motivated to meet your goals.0

Congrats, and that's good to know to eat some more cals since it takes cals to burn fat!0

Congratz on the mental breakthrough. Keep up the good work.0

Plateau's must cause thousands of people to give up. I know mine lasted almost 5 weeks and it was debilitating to see 1 to 2 hours in the gym every night and keeping under my calories account for squat for such a long time.
I'm really glad you didn't cave in. it is so easy to do but you stood up to your plateau and you're now reaping the rewards!
Good for you! :flowerforyou:0 -
Amazing! Way to stick with it. Losing weight is a process, and I'm glad you didn't give up! And SO close to onederland! It's just a matter of time. Eating those exercise calories (at least most of them) back is important, so I'm glad you saw a difference. Way to go!!0
