I think about it in terms of helping others, it was originally referenced to me in terms of helping abused and abandoned animals. But I think it can relate to just about everything in life.
There are things in life that are challenging. Weight loss is one of them. But just because [you] can't hop up and 100 jumping jacks or 50 push ups or something like that; don't "refuse to do the something that [you] CAN do".

"You can't out train a bad diet." I workout like a machine, then binge eat and eff it all up. I try to remind myself I'll never get where I want to be just with exercise, gotta eat right too.
"It's not about what you do ALL the time, it's about what you do MOST of the time". Meaning don't expect to be perfect every second of every day. If you slip up, get back on the horse and don't make you're slipups the new norm.0
