Steak Salad for me, Breakfast for my family.0

- Chicken Curry (added green beans and peas to my mom's potato-heavy recipe, along with extra onions and tomatoes for 2 servings of veggies in each serving)
- Light Brown Rice (added a few chopped tomatoes)
- Whole Wheat Naan (I earned the carbs at lunch!)
& for dessert - two Ghirardelli squares )0 -
Bangers and Mash Unless it heats up, then it will be Bangersin Bread with Salad0

"Almost" Lasagna ...lasagna layered with fresh spinach instead of noodles, and a small slice of garlic bread.
For dessert...NSA cake made with diet orange soda and fresh strawberries topped with a SF cream cheese glaze and maybe more strawberries!0 -

Roasted beets/carrots/Daikon radish/onion, Wildbrine Madras Cauliflower Sauerkraut, and a Tofurky Beer Brat for me. My husband is substituting bass for the Tofurky (I'm vegetarian, but he's not).0

(I buy the pork chops flavored at Whole Foods -- not sure what Maui style is, but it sounds good!)0 -
tacos ... 4 shells / 5 OZ 93/7 Lean Beef .. .1 serving of cheese .. Rotel / cooked with 1TBSPN of Olive Oil .. with 2 servings of Friendlys Coffee Ice Cream for dessert .. calories for everything = 953 ... yup yup ..0
