    Steak Salad for me, Breakfast for my family.

    - Chicken Curry (added green beans and peas to my mom's potato-heavy recipe, along with extra onions and tomatoes for 2 servings of veggies in each serving)
    - Light Brown Rice (added a few chopped tomatoes)
    - Whole Wheat Naan (I earned the carbs at lunch!)

    & for dessert - two Ghirardelli squares :o)

    chicken and brown rice with three vegetables. and maybe some chocolate covered pretzels as a treat. :) all of this after my thirty minute workout of course lol.

    "Almost" Lasagna ...lasagna layered with fresh spinach instead of noodles, and a small slice of garlic bread.
    For dessert...NSA cake made with diet orange soda and fresh strawberries topped with a SF cream cheese glaze and maybe more strawberries!

    Roasted beets/carrots/Daikon radish/onion, Wildbrine Madras Cauliflower Sauerkraut, and a Tofurky Beer Brat for me. My husband is substituting bass for the Tofurky (I'm vegetarian, but he's not).

    Lean Cuisine...Pesto Alfredo with chicken and broccoli.

    (Waiting now for the incoming barrage from clean food...healthy folks) Yep, I am taking the 'unhealthy', easy way out tonight. 240 calories and a microwave are the plan for tonight.

    (I buy the pork chops flavored at Whole Foods -- not sure what Maui style is, but it sounds good!)
  • tacos ... 4 shells / 5 OZ 93/7 Lean Beef .. .1 serving of cheese .. Rotel / cooked with 1TBSPN of Olive Oil .. with 2 servings of Friendlys Coffee Ice Cream for dessert .. calories for everything = 953 ... yup yup ..

    Chicken tortilla soup topped with reduced fat shredded Mexican blend cheese, salsa and reduced fat sour cream. 2 low fat brownies for dessert :) (and I still have 400+ calories to eat!)
