I'm not 100% sure because I haven't checked in a while but I think it's the Veggie Delight on Hearty Italian. :-)0
-
Yeah that sites great. It will tally any sammy you like and then you can input it on here0
-
Thank you! xx0
-
I am quite positive that it's their horrible Veggie sub. About the only way you could get less calories is if you got a 'nothing sandwich'.0
-
I haven't looked in ages, however I love the vegie delite with a slice of cheese and sweet onion on it with extra spinach and no tomato.0

This is what I do to get the most accurate calorie count
Go to this website: http://www.subway.com/Menu/Product.aspx?&CC=USA&LC=ENG&MenuTypeId=1&MenuID=35&ProductID=5
Then select which sub you would like to know about from the scroll down menu (I like the ham one), and then click "calculate yours" (yellow button on the right). From here you can choose your toppings and sauce and it will display the nutritional values
Hope this helps!
EDIT: alot of comments are about the veggie delite sub, the Ham one is only another 57 calories Really the main things that bring up the calories are the bread, sauce, cheese so choose wisely there0 -
The Subway flatbread wish sandwich. All veggies and you wish you had some meat and sauce.0

It isn't so bad if they don't skimp on the veggies. When I worked at Subway I'd have a veggie sub with marinara sauce all the time and it was pretty awesome.0 -

Not spelled wrong) on flat bread has less calories. Don't forget that your not getting a full 12" sub its 11inches. Just Saying0 -

I love the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast sandwich, and I've become a fan of the sweet onion sauce.0
-
I always get the chicken breast on whole grain. not the lowest but very good and certainly worth the extra calories. i think with light mayo its about 370 total0

a footlong veggie delight on wheat:
lettuce, tomato, capsicum, onion, olives and mayo
roughly 500 cals0 -
I'm a sales rep for a phone company and I work in a mall so eating healthy is very difficult.
When I have to eat while at work I'll usually get Subway.
I get a 12" Turkey on wheat, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, and banana peppers. I also add a little paramsean.
All together according to nutrionix, its about 570 calories.0 -

Depends on what they are talking about. :blushing:0 -
When I order a footlong it is 1200 calories lol0
-
If you love meat as much as I do, The Club (roast beef, turkey, ham) is surprisingly low calorie-- I get a footlong on Italian with cucumbers, jalapenos and mustard for around 580 calories. Even if cheese is a must-have for you, that should only bring it up to 680 or so.0
-
veggie delight no cheese, no sauce. I eat that one all the time but I put avocado on it... 280 calories.. on italian bread, lots of veggies.0
