I season them in the salt-free southwest seasoning and then dip in a little ketchup and chipotle mayo mixed together. Goes great with fish!0

i personally scoop them up and stand over the trash can and drop them....but my wife and daughters like to sprinkle Splenda brown sugar on them after they come out of the oven.
And they like the sweet potato-tots the best!!

I'm the Canadian granddaughter of German immigrants, in a small town with a whole mess of other German immigrant families. I'm so pale my sister says that when I tan, I turn off-white. The only thing hood about me is attached to the sweater I'm wearing.

I use a few tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, mix with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, and then sweeten slightly... we like Truvia to accomplish that, but honey, agave, or a bit of sugar would be delicious.0
