I thought some of you may be interested in seeing Yo's progress up until now considering the last sprawling thread that went on for pages and pages. This is video I took just before Yo's most recent photo updates for our progress charting of her dieting for her comp's!

After seeing this would anyone's opinion change on what they consider lifting weights in the 'style of a man' change can do for a woman's body?

I think it show's perfectly how it improves it, for the better. Far from manly I think you'd agree?

It would be nice to grasp the general perception of people when women lift but I ask politely please keep comments as you would like them to be made towards you if you met her/us face to face.

Any respectful, constructive feedback and thoughts are welcomed :o))

    Not read the other threads, but can honestly say bloody well done to her. A toned physique, is certainly better than just 'skinny'.
    Muscle burns more calories, so this is an ideal physique in my opinion.

    lovely body, I believe I have done way too much damage to mine (after having 4 kids and the related stretch marks) to achieve what this lady has

    I did that with comments as well. Simply because I'd rather speak to people about her progress rather than get letchy comments etc :o))

    While I'm sure I won't ever get to that level, that is exactly why I lift heavy weights. Okay, and the health benefits, and feeling like a badass. It'd be awesome to look even as half as good as she does.

    She looks great. Mad respect.

    I started lifting to reduce my body fat % to a healthy level for my age, and so I'll be strong so I can ride my Harley until I'm 80. Bonus if I look half as good as she does :)
