How do you split your daily food/calorie allowance

Hi
I have been considering my daily allowance and the way I split the intake between the 3 meals. (Note this does not include exercise calories, where if there is enough surplus it tends to get eaten after evening meal or and this may be controversial the following morning for a breakfast boost)
Mine is something like this on a normal day
B/Fast 25%
Lunch 31%
E/Meal 44%
Found this works for me as during the day I am less likely to snack as I am at work, however the evening is a different mater so I consume enough to fill me and stop the late snack attack. Seems to work as I have managed to lose most weeks.

I'm gaining for pregnancy, but I thought yours was an interesting question so I looked and I'm almost exactly evenly split between breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks- 500 calories in each category. I am amazed that it works out so evenly (I looked at the last week or so).0

It doesn't look like I tend to split up by percentage--instead, I pretty consistently have a 300-400 calorie breakfast and a 400-500 calorie lunch no matter whether the day's goal is 1600 or 2400. It's dinner and snack that tend to change--dinner anywhere from 500-1100 calories, snacks 200-500. Depends on my exercise calories for the day.0
