Yes I am short and have a lot to lose. I am 5 2. I have already lost around 50-60 lbs. But I have another 30 or so to go. I wish I could get lower but if I was 165 I would be happy. I can't seem to get past where I am. I know I need to bump up the exercise more to get past this but it is so hard with a full time job and two toddlers. But I am not going to give myself excuses.

I'm 5'5... started the beginning of the year at 253, but down to 242. Had gotten down to 237, but have been struggling the past couple weeks. My first MAJOR goal is to get below 200. hi, i am jill and i am 5 even weighing in at 154. had blood work done, numbers were really bad. was told that for my body frame and bone structure i should weigh no more than 115. so i joined the y, two weeks ago. and joined this tonight. i feel better when i get done working out, but still find myself making me go. but i keep telling myself its get healthy or get medicated.0
