Today I wanted donuts and all kinds of bag carbs instead I did JM 30 day shred; 30 minutes on stepped and ski machine. It made the day go much better and I stayed within calories and focused. So glad I did now I don't have the guilt

    great work!

    I find that when I crave bad carbs ( last week, I couldnt get enough chocolate into me), its because I havent had enough good carbs..

    Maybe try some vegies or oats :flowerforyou:

    Or feel the guilt! I can't believe the difference in my attitude and aptitude in the afternoons when I eat healthy as opposed to over eatting a quick drive thru meal!! Good on you!
