SWAT- extreme weightloss and fat burning???

my ex had put a whole bunch of workout DVD'S on my laptop and I'm just going through them now and noticed one called SWAT, now I googled it and I can't seem to find it anywhere (there are a few workouts listed under SWAT but not the actual DVD that I have)
so im wondering if anyone has heard of this?

i'm about to hit that up and have nooo idea how many calories it will burn or what to even log it under...
anyone?

    I have that DVD - haven't used it in a while, but I remember it being ok. I wouldn't know how to log it.

    It was purchased from Amazon and they stll have it. Maybe the reviews there may give you the info you're looking for?
