I think it's pretty special that we can all come together and share our struggles and success, without judgement and with genuine happiness for one another. We all have the same goal in mind. To be happy and healthy. And I wanted to share my success with all of you, as I have enjoyed reading all of yours. I'm still on my journey, but you have to know that at one point, I did Not think this accomplishment was possible for me. And it goes to show that anything can happen if you're willing to work out.

So when I started out, I was 340 lbs:

This was at Christmas, when I had lost 90 lbs, so I was at roughly 250 lbs.:

This was back at the beginning of January, and I was about 235 lbs:

This was me 3 days ago. Sorry, it's not a body shot. But you can see how much I've slimmed in the face:

Today, I am 224 lbs. and I couldn't be happier. My goal is to be 200 lbs. I think that will look good for my heigh (5'10) and to me, it's not necessarily about the number, but how I look and feel.

    GREAT JOB!!! I am 6'2" and jsut hit 208 today...looking to get to 190 and go from there. I am gaining muscle so not sure how much lower I will go with that but, like you said, it is about how we look and feel, not necessarily what the scale says!

    I wish I could carry my weight that well! I currently weigh about 260 and I look like you did at 340.

    Thank you so much everyone for your kind words. Losing weight is not easy. It's a lot of work. And takes a lot of will power. I know it and you all know it. But, it's about working together to help one another get to where we want to be. And we'll all get there. Even myself.
    Trust me, a year ago, I was depressed, overweight and unhappy. And honestly, had no real goals or ambition in life. I was at my highest weight yet. And I just didn't care. I thought my life would be that way forever. I was So lazy and wanted results without hard work.
    So if I can do it, please believe me when I say Anyone can do it.
