Exercise log help please!!

Hey MFP friends just curious how you or what you log DVDs as if you don't have a monitor like I don't ????. Things I have started rotating between is Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, Jillian Michaels Shred-it with weights, Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown, and also I do The Firm total body time crunch...I have been thinking each of these as general aerobics logging as?? Except the yoga maybe aerobics low?? What do you think others low or high? Am I doing it all wrong??? Lol thanks so much ahead of time!!
