I'm 60 and have always been pretty active. I've backpacked, hiked, crossctry skiied and aerobics most of my life. Due to an weaker ankle that's had a lot of miles put on it, I've changed and now do water aerobics and lots of biking which I love. But I'm having a hard time staying on track with how i want to eat to lose and/or maintain weight. I've lost 20 lbs but would like to lost another 25 and finding it hard to get past that mark and stay there. I think some help with some tools and people going through the same might help.
