    I must admit, i have also felt a little somewhat bemused by the speed it has fallen off. I can only put it down to clean eating as I have never done it to this scale before. Also I feel the 8 cups of water play a huge role.

    The workouts are really hard and I train until I fail each time. I am about to adjust my training for a week or so and will Probably do HiiT or something... ( end of the month ).
    I have p90x sat on the shelf at home and if i really plateau I will have a go with that... But I wont change anything just yet as it's working..

    I will take more pictures at the end of March 2013 to share with you guys :)
