Hack squats. My legs always feel as unsteady as a newborn fawn the day after I do my leg day, beginning with hack squats.

    I absolutely hate spining!

Give me heavy weights, give me body-weight exercises, give me cardio until I want to puke, give me burpees!!! But you put me on a stationary one-wheeled pedaling machine from hell and I want to just curl up in the fetal position and suck my thumb in the corner. YUCK YUCK YUCK!

Like the treadmill, I hate putting in all that effort and not moving forward even one stinking inch. At least with the treadmill I can put on a movie...

For me, all of them. I hate exercise. At least in childbirth, they give you happy drugs.

Your body releases happy drugs (Endorphins) when you exercise

Any exercise that I have to do any kind of jumping........I am short ( 4'11) and bottom heavy, so getting my lower half up and being able to get it back down in time to land on my feet seems like an impossible task. Ugh! I hate jumping!

I hate running. I feel better after, but I hate it during.

Also I love being in the water but I am terrible at actual swimming and I feel like an idiot while I'm trying to stay afloat and am gasping for air.

    Responses are interesting.
So many people don't like plyo, jumping, burpees, etc. - I love these things and the endorphin rush I get from doing them. I don't always like how my legs feel the next day, though.
I do hate the treadmill and spinning, but since I refuse to do those if there are any other options, they don't really answer the OP's question.
    So sticking with workout DVDs.
  • LUNGES - hate it but it works.

i did "boot camp" (hardcore group exercise) for five months, three times a week. every day there was something new i hated. spinning, tractor tire jumps, burpees, indian runs, every terrible thing you could probably think of. and i hated my trainer every day. but i walked away sweaty and feeling great (even if i couldn't walk). yes, much like labor.
