Exercise Calories Shrink throughout the day?

Hi--- Why do your am exercise calories start out as one number and shrink throughout the day? I generally try not to eat my calories back, but today is "one of those days".... it confuses me. why would the calories earned from exercise change? PS- i use fitbit and it syncs automatically, it's not something i enter in MFP.

When you start out the day Fitbit or Bodymedia averages your daily exercise based on several previous days.. if your moving less on that given day the calories will go down as you link it up to the system, same goes if you are moving more.. obviously if your having a bad day just try and move a little more instead of less.

And that would be a question for FitBit support, not MFP, I would think. It's the device that is doing it, not this website.

And that would not be a helpful answer. Why post? I've been quiet on these boards all day b/c I see all these nasty comments from people and I get scared to even say anything. Not that the above is very nasty, but, why do you even need to post then? A million people on here sync MFP and fitbit, and I knew someone would know what was going on.
