    Hello!
    I'm 23 years old and I log daily since a few weeks back.
    I eat around 1300-1600 kcals per day and do aerobics 5-6 times a week.
    I have 10 lbs left to lose to get to my goal weight. I love supportive and motivating friends.
    My diary is open.

    I am 26 , calorie goal is 1200, and trying to be more active aiming for 30 mins 4x a week. I log in daily and i am honest . My food diary is open and i love to have more friends here. I just joined MFP but i love it. Its a great support system!

    I log in daily and I excercise regularly! Calories are at 1200 but weekends are kind of hard! Anyone feel free to add me :)
