    Varies on the person, impact, class, instructor.
    Some will say between 400-700, but I've seen ppl post that their HRM shows right over 1000.

    LOTS! last night my instructor's goal in life was to seriously kick our collective *kitten*!!!! she did it!! i have never been so drenched in sweat as i was last night! whew!!! but what a blast!
    my hrm has said anywhere between 400 & 600... wish i wore it last night! hahah!!

    My HRM says 500 for me after a Zumba class. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but after Zumba I always feel like "Well that was fun. Let's go downstairs and have a REAL workout now!"

    LOVE Zumba!! My HRM says 959 burned for an hour of Zumba. But I'm a big gal ;)

    I LOVE Zumba and burn around 650 calories in a 45 minute class. Just last month our local YMCA held a 3 hour Zumba party and I burned crazy calories...1,824!! I would not have believed it if I had not been wearing my HRM.
