I've been living off leafy green salads and some sort of protein, and kinda sick of mine too. What do you normally have that your sick of?0

I like when we have grilled chicken tacos for dinner. Season to your likings then we use a low cal pita and then some grilled onion and a little sauce of your choice or just plan with some mild pepper rings.0

That sounds really good!0 -
quinoa or whole wheat pasta is what I usually go for. occasionally we do a tempeh or tofu stir fry with piles of veggies (boyfriend picks his out and puts in free-range chicken)0

my two favorite dinners are omeletts and my seaweed "tacos"
the omeletts - I usually sautee up some veggies and add soy cheese
Don't be alarmed by the seaweed: I cook up lean beef with garlic, ginger and the other basic spices. Cook broccoli & sometimes other stir fry veggies in grape seed oil (like 1 tsp) with ginger garlic salt pepper, etc and dash of soy sauce.
Use Nori seaweed sheets - the kind you'd use to make sushi - wrap it up and eat.
Tortillas make me want to eat 10 more tortillas and a friend of mine's sone (5 yrs ols) likes to eat these seaweed papers with EVERYTHING.
I took his tip. They're pretty awesome.
Another great thing is sautee fresh squash and peppers in coconut oil and bay seasoning.
Bake or cook some lean protein of your choice, and voila clean dinner.0 -
Grilled salmon over field greens with cherry tomatoes0

Tonight we had chicken sausage with onions, red pepper and swiss chard sautéed with some beer over a slice of toasted rye bread, dijon mustard on the side
Don't think this counts as clean eating, but very yummy.0 -
Green mango salad (green mango, sweet onion, red pepper, basil and pineapple all julienned) Toss in a jerk sauce or leave as is if you don't like spicy....chipotle pepper chicken breast on the side...sooo yum0

Tonight I sauteed chunks of fresh mushrooms, sweet onion and red pepper in pam and 1 tsp butter ( just for the extra flavor), and about 1 tablespoon h2o, and spices. When it had softened some, I added 1 can diced tomatoes and simmered until reduced somewhat. Ate as a big bowl , very flavorful, with a 100 calorie wrap with sliced turkey and leef lettuce. So filling and tasty! I've also been using more of the imitation crabmeat, as I personally like it, in salads and in wraps, as chicken had started to get old for me, and I just don't like fish yet, although I'm trying to learn to like it! lol0
