GoWear Fit Armband

HELP! I am attempting to get my gowearfit armband back up and running and keeping getting the following error when I plug it in to sync. "Your Activity Manager username or password could not be verified.
Go to the Activity Manager web site to view your support options." I can't figure out what to do or what's going on.....anyone?
