Heres the difference a few months can make.
Need to work on my body composition a bit but thought you folks might wanna see the progress so far...
DEC 31 2009 - 183 lbs & counting... Couldn't run at all, only lifted beer glasses and pushed away plates so i could move on to the next course. BMI 28. Unhappy.
MAY 2010 - 138 lbs - Getting there.... 138lbs, 125 pushups and a 43min 10k . Smiling more....
Hope the photos upload OK, not really sure what I'm doing
Just want to take the time to thank everyone on the site who has helped me with encouragement and support!

Holy cow! That is a big difference!!! Congrats on the 10k time - that's amazing. I am hoping for a 60 minute 10k in July.
As far as the images, I understand the "img" tag must be in lowercase letters for them to show up.
