Dial 1-800-Kiss N Chips.
You'll need a credit card though
and, um and an "alternate" profile :smokin:
What kind of debauchery are you trying to lead me into?!0 -
I have tortilla chips and we had Taco Soup which I usually eat them with. I didn't. I have room for the calories and everything, I just didn't want them. I don't know what's wrong with me!0
-
I am so moved by this thread, cant stop crying. Whats worse the salsa thing or being out of bacon. Sorry just cant get control::::::0
-
Being out of bacon is much worse.0
-
No wonder you have your clothes on this time.0
-
Sad! :c I've eaten salsa with a spoon before, though, so if you're as shameless as I am all is not yet lost.0
-
baked zucchini makes awesome chips.. or any tortillas or flat breads crisped up under the broiler...
the omelet idea also came to mind
You guys are missing the point! This poor man had his heart set on chips and salsa! and now....
his dreams have been crushed! CRUSHED!!
have a heart people0 -
If you have a cucumber, slice it up and use it as your "chip"! It's delicious and better for you anyways! lol
There is no way a sliced up cucumber will ever be a suitable substitute for chips with salsa! That's an insult to salsa!0 -
That happened to me too, except instead of no chips, STALE chips, which might be worse because it tricks you into thinking that you have some when you really don't.
I'm here for you!
Easy fix for that--empty chips into a baking pan and heat them in a 300 degree oven for 5 -10 minutes. They'll taste just like new.0 -

Lady, you are my hero!!0 -
Oh no!!0
-
Rock an omelet...problem solved.
Precisely. I concur.0 -
pretzels are also pretty good in salsa!0
-
I feel your pain!! :explode:  :noway:
On the other hand, salsa is really good on carrot & celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, and sugar snap peas. Healthier alternative! :happy:0 -
Try a little bit of salsa and sour cream on your perogies. I saw it on the back of a cheemo bag of perogies. It's looks alright.0
-
You shouldn't have to go through this by yourself!
I woke up this morning so excited to have my homemade bacon-egg-cheese sandwich today that I have been craving all week.. I take the egg carton out and all I see are opened shells.. I hate when I do that!0 -

I hate cucumber!! How dare you suggest such an offensive thing to me!??!
Ah, well I love cucumber. Better luck next time lol0 -
It's cool guys, I got chinese food.0

Never buy chips and not salsa or vice versa...it's just asking for trouble.0
-
I've been having such a hard time lately -- and when I looked at this thread I laughed. THANKS! I really needed it.. :PHaha.
Salsa is really just fine (I use it to cook a lot). I saw where someone said thats asking for trouble. If you're good about limiting yourself to a certain portion its fine, there are also other things -- I've used baked wheat breads (which isn't a whole lot better) -- there are sooo many options. If you want the tortilla chips though, use those! Just use one serving. I use My Fitness Pal to keep track of my calories, protein and other vitamins. It helps me tons!0 -
Out of tortilla chips. :noway:  :grumble:
Worst feeling ever!0 -
I know that feel bro, when I got home today I buttered two piece of bread smothered them in hp sauce and added a few slices of cheese only for there to be no bacon in the fridge.
How does that even happen??0 -
better then droppin a duece and realizin ur outta tp and havin to duck walk to the kitchen for a paper towel0
-
RUN to store and get chips, burn some calories.
Puhleese!! I'd be winded and wheezing before I even get a block away.
And you'd probably look funny running home with a bag of chips. Lesson to be learned - always buy the chips. No one ever had something horrible happen because they had extra chips in the house.
So not true - we break down to eat the bag (or bags) of chips and gain back weight!!0 -
Bummer!! But maybe in the end...it was actually something GOOD that happened to you today by not eating the chips? Congrats on your weight loss!!0
-
Can I have your Salsa? I got chips lol0
