Agreed. I've never heard "You're pretty or you have a pretty face" just "You have a cute face or I think you're cute".

Sexy would be nice, one day....
  • both, I wanna make ya drool while I'm cooking dinner...

Grill a steak in a thong. That'll do.

Just Don't FRY bacon in a thong....It's not fun !!! Just saying

It looks like the cheese stands alone
  • I've never been called cute (at least not since I was a preteen). I like getting free things, this has stared happening again and I like it.

Cute rarely gets free things. Sexy it is then. Aim high, I say!

    I got skills.

When you have skills you dont need to be sexy or cute, but, it's a bonus.

I've ALWAYS been "cute". The only opinion that matters to me, though, is my BF's, and he bypasses "sexy" and goes straight to "beautiful".

You lucky girl, you! :) That's so sweet.

The more I think about this thread, the more I realize that to me, it depends on the audience. My kids are really cute but when I'm around them, I'm okay with being "cute". Same thing for my family. But if I'm out and about, I'd prefer to be "beautiful" but I think that adjective goes over the top and I don't know if it's truly attainable for me. I think I have a nice smile and a fun personality so people naturally gravitate towards me. Although I'm not looking, human nature (I think, by design) does allow us to be aware of good looking/sexy/beautiful people. I can appreciate a good looking guy but my first thought is ALWAYS "well, I'd be way out of his league and he'd never look anyway..." High school set the stage because if you're not popular, you're automatically nothing to look at and that carries through with a person.

I have never been called either of those and don't know if either of those would even suit me (even future me at goal) I think both of those things have a lot more to do with how your personality shows through than just how you physically look.

Um depends on who is looking. Hubby, then sexy. Anyone else cute.
