When I think of work out .. it's Eye of the Tiger ..
Def Leppard: Let's Get Rocked, Pour Some Sugar On Me
Queen: We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions
    AC/DC: Back in Black

I heard EOTT on one of my first walks. It inspired me! I did like Survivor back in the day....

And Def Leppard always gets me going!! WOOOOO HOOOO!

Faster Prince songs do it for me too, or anything from Purple Rain.

LOOOVE my Pandora on my BB, but some of the songs they throw in on my Prince play list leave a lot to be desired. LOL

I need to program a few other stations on my Pandora. I tend to skip a lot of songs, then I can just switch over to the other one!

So I of course love all the lady gaga!! ( the other day the trainer at my gym had lady gaga on the TV's and some lady grabbed the remote and changed the station to BULL RIDING! Who gets pumped listening to bull riding at the gym!?) anyway I also love multiple songs by La Roux, old Destinys Child, and the song that pumps me WAY up is Sandstorm by Darude! Hells yeah! If I cant get my butt off the couch for that song I must be dying! :D

Most any fast song from Lady Gaga. Also love the Black Eyed Peas.

Me too! Those are my favorites!
I also like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, *****cat Dolls, Usher and Eminem. Some Buckcherry, The Killers, Nickelback, Alicia keys and Kid Rock as well... depends on whether I'm running or lifting weights.

The song that Always makes me kick it up a notch is "Bang Your Head" by Quiet Riot. . Then there is anything by Ozzy, AC/DC, Metallica. Black Sabbath, Metal Church, Whitesnake, Bloodgood and One Bad Pig.

One Bad Pig and Bloodgood, in case you were wondering, are Christian Thrash Metal bands from the late 80's early 90's. :glasses:

There's this band I saw at the Family Values Tour a couple years back, Neurosonic. I bought their cd for like 5 bucks... and I work out to it all the time. It really pumps me up.

I get all psyched up by pretty much any Kasabian song (I actually can't listen to them while driving or I'd have no licence)!

When I rode in the moto-x Clubfoot was my song of choice!

    My bands are the following:

    Fear Factory
    Pantera
    Life of Agony
    Slayer

    and

    P!nk

Yes I know, but something about that lady, the music is so energetic, I know it doesn't quite fith with the metal before it but hey :) this week though I've been burning thorugh calories to Fear Factory. And it's been really driving me on.

    Todays playlist:

    Fear Factory -
    Descene
    Resurrection
    Shock
    What Will Become
    Full Metal Contact
    Linchpin
    Obsolete
    Edgecrusher

    Pantera
    5 Minutes Alone
    Walk
    Cemetery Gates

An hour of music during which I sang along (silently you understand) while walking on the treadclimber for a full hour burning over 1000 calories (the machine said 1500 but I knock a load off after. Which is a personal best for me. Feel awesome.

"Catch Me Daddy" by Janis Joplin

I used to keep it in reserve when I raced 10k's and would play it when I was passing a stronger runner on a hill. I think the extra boost it gave helped me to demoralize some competitors that were actually better and stronger than me. Lot's of energy in that one. Psych!

YES! Deftones new Cd is GREAT!
I've been playing it non stop since it dropped...
It is great to workout to and, of course, all of their OLD stuff is high energy music for a good workout!

I'm so happy to see you put this up!

Do you have the Deluxe version and the songs that were available online?

I let my eldest pick my running music so here we go -

"One of a Kind" - Breaking Benjamin is a must have to go kill something (usually me running at the gym when some little pony tailed college girl thinks she can out run me) :noway: OK - so I'm a little competative! Sorry!

    "Jesus Walks" - Kayne West

    "Believe" - Breaking Benjamin

"Get Low - Meringue Remix" - Lil' John

then he has 1 labeled Track 1 - Fort Minor

Really amps up my pace! But by far the 1st song ("One of a Kind") is the one that really gets me running hardest!
