    Daawww! I know it! It's kinda scary looking at the first one. I was only 21/22 years old there! omg. Thank you though! you look different too! Good work!

    I lost a little over 100lbs. I was 276 at my highest. I was probably 250ish there. I'm 5'8''. I am around 165ish now.. I am still wanting to lose 20 more at least.

    It really is shocking how much "age" losing weight takes off of you. Many of the people who posted look like they lost 10-15 years. Just fantastic!

    January 1st 2013 I decided to change my life and dump the extra pounds. I was so unhappy I couldnt stand it. With 3 kids (one is 6 months old), just finished my Masters degree, and a great career, I was putting myself last.
    I have now made it a priority to make time for myself and in less than 2 months I am down 40 lbs.
