There's this band I saw at the Family Values Tour a couple years back, Neurosonic. I bought their cd for like 5 bucks... and I work out to it all the time. It really pumps me up.

I get all psyched up by pretty much any Kasabian song (I actually can't listen to them while driving or I'd have no licence)!

When I rode in the moto-x Clubfoot was my song of choice!

    My bands are the following:

    Fear Factory
    Pantera
    Life of Agony
    Slayer

    and

    P!nk

Yes I know, but something about that lady, the music is so energetic, I know it doesn't quite fith with the metal before it but hey :) this week though I've been burning thorugh calories to Fear Factory. And it's been really driving me on.

    Todays playlist:

    Fear Factory -
    Descene
    Resurrection
    Shock
    What Will Become
    Full Metal Contact
    Linchpin
    Obsolete
    Edgecrusher

    Pantera
    5 Minutes Alone
    Walk
    Cemetery Gates

An hour of music during which I sang along (silently you understand) while walking on the treadclimber for a full hour burning over 1000 calories (the machine said 1500 but I knock a load off after. Which is a personal best for me. Feel awesome.

"Catch Me Daddy" by Janis Joplin

I used to keep it in reserve when I raced 10k's and would play it when I was passing a stronger runner on a hill. I think the extra boost it gave helped me to demoralize some competitors that were actually better and stronger than me. Lot's of energy in that one. Psych!

YES! Deftones new Cd is GREAT!
I've been playing it non stop since it dropped...
It is great to workout to and, of course, all of their OLD stuff is high energy music for a good workout!

I'm so happy to see you put this up!

Do you have the Deluxe version and the songs that were available online?

I let my eldest pick my running music so here we go -

"One of a Kind" - Breaking Benjamin is a must have to go kill something (usually me running at the gym when some little pony tailed college girl thinks she can out run me) :noway: OK - so I'm a little competative! Sorry!

    "Jesus Walks" - Kayne West

    "Believe" - Breaking Benjamin

"Get Low - Meringue Remix" - Lil' John

then he has 1 labeled Track 1 - Fort Minor

Really amps up my pace! But by far the 1st song ("One of a Kind") is the one that really gets me running hardest!
