Borrow/steal my brothers' clothes. David is 6'3" 250lbs (He's built like Dwayne Johnson). Mike is 6'1" 220lbs (NCAA D1 RB). If I can nestle in there at 235, I'm set! Haha:)0

wear a swimsuit and not feel embarrassed, complete a 5K without any walking, pull myself up on water ski's, shop for LOTS of cute clothes..........be proud of my body!0

Skip around in a teeny tiny bikini
YUP0 -
1) Be able to go into Victoria's Secret and buy something instead of just looking longingly inside from the other side of the mall.
2) Not having to stress about fitting into airplane seats, stadium seats, roller coasters, go kart cars, etc....
3) Have a towel wrap around me and actually cover me instead of having a huge gap in the back or front.
4) GO ROCK CLIMBING and be able to fit in the harness.
5) But most importantly, look in the mirror and be proud of what I accomplished!

If I'm eating something "unhealthy" even if it is a small portion and I've been sticking to the plan for weeks I feel people are thinking to themselves "There's that fat girl eating AGAIN"
and if I'm eating something healthy, I feel people are thinking to themselves "Yeah and it's about time. Why don't you get on the treadmill once in a while too?"

I've heard those things actually spoken aloud, which now makes me think that whenever I eat in public that people are thinking/saying those things about me. I'm not a big fan of going out to eat for that reason. So, yeah, it would be nice to not feel that way.0 -

DANCE like this... not LOOK like this! My boobies are going nowhere. Lost 35 lbs from original weight and they have not reduced one inch. So Im good there
anyway i am going sky diving when i get to my goal0 -
1. Be able to go to a regular clothes store and buy something off the rack in a size appropriate for my height.
2. Go to family outings and look as great as my sister and cousins.
3. Not be embarrassed when i see an old friend or family member because they will know the truth about what happened to me.
4. Not be self conscious when I'm working out at the gym.
5. Look sexy in a pretty bra and panties for my husband.
6. Wear a pretty sexy dress with matching shoes when I go out.
7. Believe my husband when he says i'm pretty.
8. Make an entire new wardrobe without having to take the pattern out because all my clothes are much too big.
9. Have to go to the store to buy a normal petite size dress form.
10. Be able to knit a sweater without having to pay a fortune in yarn.0 -
things I do now that i could not before:
go walking at 3.5 mph and carry on a conversation for the whole 45 minute walk
high impact cardio 60 minute workout
wear a bathing suit without being terribly self consious
be lifted up and carried by my husband
and the best thing I can do, inspire others. This must sound incredibly pretentious, but I have been dabbling in motivational speaking for a little while now, at the request of my personal trainer :blushing:
BUT i still have hope that I will soon be able to do a push up, or ten....I am lifting weights to help the fact that I have wimpy arms!0 -
I just want to be strong again.
I can remember being able to run up flights of stairs without being winded, and lift heavy boxes up without feeling like I'm about to drop them on my head.
I went ziplining last year and dragging the harness halfway up the side of a mountain was brutal. Next time though... working on it.0 -
