Yes! Drink water every day and get up tomorrow ready to start fresh - eating healthy foods. Your most important tool in weight loss is your mind. Get that in the right place and you can do anything. And FYI - your body has organs that do all the cleansing you need. Good luck!0

Your liver and kidneys. Can't get more homemade than that.0

This question is asked almost everyday and sometimes the comments aren't the most helpful. Most people on the site say detoxes are a waste of money and your body does it for you.
I personally didn't bother but on pinterest I did see a "detox water" and it's more or less just getting extra nutrients in your body. There was a few of them but all I did was just add lime, lemon and cucumber to water and drink it for the day. Not sure it did anything but it didn't taste bad so it doesn't hurt. I think it's more mind over matter.0 -
I just did the 10 day cleanse from Advocare and holy moly, it made me feel amazing!!! I am a broke college student, and I dont sell the stuff... I scrounged enough change to try it out and I was super skeptical about it just like any other product out there, but seriously, I do feel much better. And its a super gentle cleanse/detox which you still get to eat food (just no dairy, processed foods, sugar, soda, stuff like that) I just have a ton of energy and I actually feel good after I eat instead of feeling like a slug and I lost about 8 lbs which was a bonus. Now im finishing up the rest of the challenge and trying to stay on track with the eating healthy and working out. Good luck to you!!!0

No need to detox. Just eat well and drink water.

Water and healthy foods. Your organs will take care of the rest. That's what they're for.0

yeah those intense 3-10 day detox plans are bogus, in so far as they can somehow remove years of abuse. the best detox is consistently drinking water (maybe warm lemon water first thing in the morning before anything else) and plenty of veggies...
but if you wanted to kind of clear out your system for a couple days I'd focus on water, herbal tea (no coffee or alcohol), raw veggies, raw beet juice (cut with another watery vegetable juice like cucumber juice), and lots of fresh ground flax seed. and maybe if you are adventurous, an enema0
