Hi! Need Support :) 5'1, last 11 pounds!

Hi, I'm Christina, I am new here and I am looking for a support group. Losing weight has never been easy for me but I have been at this for awhile, and still not where i would like to be. I am a college student, 21 years old. I am currently 116 and my goal is to lose 11 pounds. My goal weight is 105. I am on the smaller build, 5'1. I am dieting, eating healthy and working out 4 times a week. Any weightloss tips? I need support losing this weight. thanks

    Hi Christina, I would love to support you. I am in a similar position. I am 23 5'1. I am 107 pounds and would like to get down to 103. I started off at 137 and have been losing for the past 2 years. These last few pounds are definitely the hardest.
  • Yay! I really need a buddy who understands how difficult it is to lose weight when you are already petite. I used to be 125 and now I am 116, I want to get down to a weight were I can fluctuate between 103-105.What have you done so far to be so successful in losing weight? Congrats so far, that is amazing!

    Thanks:) It sounds like you're doing everything right. I used to do a lot of cardio but I actually starting to switch over to more strength training workouts. I haven't lost any pounds lately. I actually gained and went from 104 to 107 but I lost a few inches:) I'm going to the beach memorial day weekend so I'm trying to step it up! How many calories are you eating if you don't mind me asking. I count my calories on a different site. I found that I feel much better at 1500 calories instead of 1200.
