Adding one more: anyone who ever said running was better than walking. I burn more calories walking up steep inclines than I do running on flat surfaces and don't damage my joints nearly as much.

I was told that because I was big boned that I will never be slim. I am medium boned like my sister and now I'm about 1 size bigger then her.0

No carbs...cause carbs is teh enemy, doncha know! Also no wheat, even though I don't have gluten intolerance. Pfffftttt..............

Don't lift heavy weights, because it will make you bulky.

For me personally... 'Eat low carb and high protein'. I know it works for others, but it caused health problems for me.0
