Calorie Goal

I have a question. Does MFP automatically adjust your calorie intake goal as your weight decreases? I would have sworn that mine was 1470 when I began, now it is an even 1400. Am I crazy? Just wondering, about the crazy part...and the calorie thing.

I believe that once you lose a certain percentage from your initial weight, MFP will prompt you and ask if you want to recalculate your goals based on your new weight.0

No, it does not. My suggestion is that after every 5-10 pound lost you should redo your calorie goals because the more you lose, the less you should be eating.0

I think it does it automatically when you log your weight loss. Mine has gone down every week. Don't think it goes below 1200 though.0
