So today I was feeling a bit down, that all my hard work isnt paying off. Then I decided to make a before and now pic (as im not done my journey) and I was happily suprised....

    thanks guys! I almost wanted to delete all these yuck photos, then I realized that its something to keep me motivated and look back on. I am back on track with working out...trying not to snack too much (quit smoking cold turkey 3 days ago) and just keep on keeping on :)

    Hey fellow non-smoker!!! Good for you! I gave up about 14 years ago now - best thing you can do for your health!! And another best thing is to get fit and healthy!! Very proud of your progress and good luck with the next 50!! :bigsmile:
