I'm in! I love walking. I tend to either walk, jog, or jump on the exercycle pretty much every day, so this should be perfect for me! :bigsmile:0

Remember that you don't have to walk 20 straight minutes but aim to do so to build cardiovascular health. I wear a pedometer so roughly 2000 steps equals 1 mile.0 -

I'm in. I just started this past Monday. So far I've walked Monday (30 min.) & Tuesday (15 min) on my treadmill inclined to highest setting. I'm determined to lose again & keep it off. Good Luck everyone!0

I love it! Walking is my favorite!! I currently have been walking with Leslie Sansone DVDs in my livingroom, but I am so looking frorward to spring where I can get outside again and enjoy all that fresh air and sunshine! Anyone can feel free to send me a friend request. I am always happy to add fellow walkers!0

Count me in too - brought my trainers into work today for the first time with that goal in mind - to walk for 15-30 mins a day when in the office, then more at the weekend, hoping with the nights getting lighter I will be able to walk when I get home in a few weeks as well. I live in the country so no natural or street lighting and it is dark at 6pm!!0
