20kg down

Started August 2012 and have lost 20kg by today. This brings me from 101 to 81kg. My goal is 75kg. It has taken me 6 weeks to remove the last 1kg, so will give myself 6 months to remove another 6kg. My basic approach has been to reduce food intake, exercise each day and avoid added sugar. quite pleased with my progress as a 51 year old male.
