Do you log your calories from fruits and veggies? I usually do but I know on Weight Watchers, fruits and veggies are "free".

I log everything I eat! There is nothing to me that is actually free.0

I log everything that has caloric value or macronutrients. So that's all fruits and veggies. Something I don't log is tea or coffee (so long as nothing is added to them)0

Sometimes yes-sometimes no. Depends on how much I have. If I'm having a sandwich with lettuce and tomato, I don't. If I'm having a salad as a meal, I do.0

I log everything. I've always thought it was odd to call fruits and veggies free. I've seen/heard of people who will eat tons of fruit all day long. Those calories will start to add up. Especially if you're eating a banana or two or a bigger apple or two a day.0

I do. I can easily consume a few hundred calories of fruits and veggies in a day. If they weren't tracked it could stop me from losing as I would be consuming a few hundred calories more.
I never really understood or agreed with WW saying fruits and veggies are free foods that you don't track. The way I look at it is that you should track every little thing you eat or drink if you truly want to be successful. I also like seeing if I reach my vitamin and mineral goals each day which I couldn't see if I didn't log fruits and veggies. Being able to track those helps me because I only take a vitamin if I am low on something.0 -
this isn't Weight Watchers. I log my food...everything. Weight Watchers' system works fine for some folks, but this is working for me.0

Yea I always log mine. I mean yes they are good for you in moderation like everything else. I did weight watchers before this and I ate a ton of fruit. So much sugar! I still eat them but cut down and found other snacks.
For me I think it was best to log. I have lost more with this site then I ever did with weight watchers.0 -
2 large bananas and 2 large pink lady apples will 'cost' me over 300 calories so yes, I log.0
