Im doing this challenge and need to lose 500-1000. what exericeses do i do to get this kind of burn, without spending the whole day at the gym?

i usually burn over 600 cal during zumba and that is like a 50-55 minute class.0

Any particular reason you need an exercise to burn 500-1000 calories? Don't you have a deficit baked into your diet? I assume you intend to fuel that burn by eating back those calories right.0
