Easy Low Cal Dip or Dressing

Made this yesterday from a recipe my Nutritionist gave me when I was looking for a new salad dressing. I did add cilantro to mine, instead of the salt-free seasoning, but I like things with a little more kick to it. You could season to your likes if you think it needs more.

1 cup Salsa (use your favorite)
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1 T. dijon mustard
salt-free seasoning (optional)

Stir together in bowl the salsa, sour cream, and mustard. If desired, season to taste.

Makes 1 1/4 cups. Each serving =2 Tablespoons each. 15 calories per serving. 3 g carbs.

    I make this all the time, minus the mustard. I'll have to try adding that in. Also, pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds for a delicious warm Mexican fiesta in your mouth.
