HELLO EVERYONE!

Hello everyone, my name is Ahmed. I am 20 years old, 6 feet tall, 185 lbs, and 11 % bf. I have been using this app for quite a while now to track my intake, and I never knew there was a forum on here. This app is my life line and I have been using it everyday for the better part of the last year. I am a "if it fits your macros" guy, and hopefully there are others on here like me.
