TDEE, eat more HELP

I am confused about how many calories I should be eating. I am a 5ft 4in female and weigh 153.8 pounds. I use a heart rate monitor when I exercise and wear a Fitbit every day. According to my Fitbit, my average burn over the last 30 days is 2007. Depending on which BMR calculator I use my BMR is somewhere around 1383 to 1467. I had been eating 1200 but I have upped that to 1500 calories a day which gives me a deficit of around 500 each day. Is this about where I should be?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Have you read this? It probably answers most of your questions.
But in general, you shouldn't be eating below your BMR. With 40ish to lose you should eat TDEE (for your activity level) - 20%.0 -

this helped me. I'm nervous to add that many calories but according to the TDEE and BMR calcs I'm starving my body, which explains the halt to the weight loss....0 -
Thank you both, that helps. I think I am going to stick with between 1500 and 1600 for a month and see how it goes. Thanks again!0
