How do you lose weight quickly without really being able to

I bet you get FitTv. I get up at 6AM and do these 2 workouts, Bodies in Motion and Total Body Sculpt. Bodies in Motion (both are with Gilad) is the older program that he doesn't make new ones of anymore, and right now they are back on the ooooold ones from like, the mid 80's LOL the program progresses though, and it gets better and better and more intense. With Total Body Sculpt he asks you to have 2 sets of weights (light and heavy, anywhere from 3 lbs to 10 lbs, it's up to you what's light and what's heavy) and it really gets you toned. I have lost 22 lbs thus far (maybe more, I'll be weighing again today!) and I also use the treadmill now, but before I started the treadmill, Gilad got me on my way! And I started out only with the one show.
I also have to agree with Wii Fit Plus. Expensive, but sooo worth it! When I hit a plateau, Wii Fit Plus helped me get over it because it has such a variety of workouts. I like the yoga workouts. Something like 130 calories for all of the poses, and it's a fun challenge.
Good luck, my friend! Keep it simple!0 -
If you are able to purchase a Wii and use the Biggest Loser Wii or Wii Fit Plus it will help. It doesn't take up a lot of room, it has variety, and is fun to use. Good Luck!0

We have a small step at our place and using a heart rate monitor step for up to an hour while watching tv and it's really good. We add in some arm exercises as we are doing it. It takes up no room in our small place. Good luck.0

I'm not sure if it was mentioned already but if you have a Netflix account, there are a few great workouts on there that you can stream instantly to your computer/TV. I love the Crunch series and the Self magazine workouts will whoop your butt!!0

I too have limited space... I have a lateral thigh trainer, it's small enough to keep in the living room and quiet enough to not disturb neighbours and my son asleep at night!! So I second this idea )
I also do a selection on workout DVD's and Yoga DVD's, most of these will be a good workout with only a small amount of space. I can recommend the Hotpants dance workout DVD, you only need a small amount of space to do it in and It's a good workout that passes quickly and is fun to do.
I also do push ups, sit up and other exercises at home, I have arm weights and can do all sorts of strength exercises with these.
I think once you start trying some stuff out you'll be amazed how much you can do at home with limited space and equiptment.
The internet is a great place to gather ideas and buy stuff too, I pick up most of my stuff on eBay very cheaply
Good luck xx0 -
I know you said treadmills are too expensive, but I just wanted to mention that I recently purchased a new treadmill from HSN and I was able to do a 5-payment plan so it made it a lot easier on the wallet.0
