calorie count needed please

Hello - I am a great lover of the triangle wholemeal seeded rolls from the co-op fresh bakery. But I am having trouble finding their calorific value - could anyone assist ?

    get one that is labelled from sainsburys/tesco that gives you the cals per 100g then weigh a co-op one
