    Your Awesome! Just simple AWESOME!! I started at 196 and I'm 124 now, I stayed on the 1200 calories too and I'm 5'3. My goal was 125 :) Hot damn we both made it!!! And yes sugar was my big thing too. I have just now started have a little every now and then. I stopped soda drinking in June, haven't touched a drop since :)
