Vegan eater and loving it

I just wanted to post again. I haven't been on this site for a while. I have been learning and doing a vegan diet. It's been an experience. I did it for a month, not really the correct way. Eating lots of tofu and products like. But I got help and straightened out.

Now I eat oatbran in the morning
Salad and apple
Beans and brown rice for lunch and dinner

I feel great. Rarely have a craving and have dropped at least 2 sizes of clothes. The ticker is old. I don't weigh now and won't for probably 5 or 6 more months. (I have issues) I have lost all the swelling in my legs and ankles. the leg I thought I was next door to losing looks healed! My diabetes is perfect A1C's. I am amazed in this short amount of time. But mostly i love the way i eat.

I did a 21 day challenge on PCRM and they said you could change all you eating desires and build completely new ones if you just tried for 21 days. I found it worked even before then. I am really happy with the way I live now and challenge anyone who has been dieting and failing. I did it for 30 years. never could stick to anything. But finally, by the Grace of God. I have found myself a geat, healthy eating plan.kc
