Zucchini lasagna

I made this zucchini lasagna for dinner tonight and it was so amazing I had to share!
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
Spanish onion
3 romantic tomatoes
Mushrooms
1 can Hunts thick and rich pasta sauce
2 containers 4% cottage cheese
4 small zucchini - sliced lengthwise
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Boil zucchini in a large pot until tender.
Brown beef in pan, adding mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
When browned, add can of pasta sauce.
Line the bottom of baking dish with zucchini stripes.
Add a layer of sauce and 1 whole container of cottage cheese.
Add another layer of zucchini stripes.
Add second half of sauce mixture .
Line with second container of cottage cheese
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake at 400f for 45-60 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
