Snacking Habits...

So, here's the deal.
I love love love my snacks.

I've gotten into the habit of eating really light meals (salad, some rice/grain, some protein), just so I can snack (which I TRY to make nuts and fruit. Aaaaand chocolate). Because I know I'll snack anyway haha. :)

I don't go over my calorie limit, but is there anything wrong with eating so little at meals and so many snacks?

No, are they healthier snack options? Or donuts? If it's healthy, controlled snacks and keeps you on track, then I'd say there is nothing wrong with it. Try to stop grazing, if you are. Grazing can lead to bad habits of over eating, accidentally.

If you're staying within your calorie goal and getting adequate nutrition....no problem at all!

As long as your snacks fit into getting proper nutrition, it's totally not a problem. Watch your macros, get enough protein, drink enough water: you're golden.

They tend to healthier than donuts, at least.
Apples, peanut butter (oh my goodness peanut butter), nuts, granola bars.

    Thanks for the reassurance, guys!
I shall pay attention to my macros and continue to snack happily haha. :)
