    Try using fat free Ranch dressing with your chicken to make chicken salad. Stir in a little chopped onion and it is wonderful and EASY.

    Okay, I'm going to show my age when I ask this question. I see many "bump" replies to postings. What does "bump" mean? Please enlighten this soon to be 50-year-old!

    I tried this this weekend and liked it! I'm having the leftovers for lunch today. I think next time I'll try honey dijon. I'd like a tad bit sweeter taste.

    I make this recipe but with curry powder instead of the other seasonings, and golden raisins! :) Curry chicken salad, yum.

    Bumping to save as well. I'm attempting avocado chicken salad tomorrow (found on pinterest as a mayo substitute too), but if it isn't yummy, will try this one! Or maybe I'll imcorporate both recipes!
